Grange Insurance Welcomes Two New Members to Board of Directors

Grange Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Holly Benson and Phil Davis to its board of directors, effective February 22, 2024. Benson brings a wealth of experience in strategic development and services across healthcare, government, and public policy sectors, with over 25 years in the field. Her background as the founder and CEO of Screen Corps, LLC, along with previous roles at Health Care Enterprises and government positions in Florida, provides a unique perspective to the board.

Grange's President & CEO, John Ammendola, praised Benson's leadership and expertise as valuable additions to the board. Phil Davis, a seasoned professional with 25 years of advisory experience in banking, insurance, and technology sectors, also joins the board. Currently serving as a managing director at Accenture, Davis leads the firm's client experience capabilities.

His past roles at Bain and Company and Visa have equipped him with a profound understanding of growth strategies and customer experience enhancements. Ammendola expressed confidence in Davis's contributions to Grange's financial strength and technology investments. These appointments underscore Grange's dedication to strengthening strategic direction and governance with seasoned leadership.
